Seminars are held once a month in the different aspects of karate training. This helps students to progress on technical levels
Saturday 18th May:
2.30pm - 3.30pm: Children & Adults; White to Red belts
3.30pm - 4.30pm: Children & Adults; Green, Blue, Purple belts
4.30pm - 5.45pm: Adults; Brown & Black belts
TRAINING SEMINAR: Saturday 25th April 2024
2.30pm to 5.45pm
The training will focus on Kihon (Basics) and Renzoku (Combinations)
